Tools for School Program - Supplies for Homeless and At-Risk Children
Through the social workers with the school system, the Jay Deason Fund allocates a portion of the money to provide the Tiftarea's school system's homeless children with annual school supplies. With the number ranging from 50-60 children, getting these supplies are critical to their education and overall happiness.
Tift County Recreation Department - Sponsored Sports Scholarships
The Jay Deason Fund supports local youth by providing scholarships to children needing the extra help to participate in the local city recreation sports programs throughout the year.
